    A hot open faced sandwich with grilled turkey, tofu, or mushrooms, onions and tomatoes on toasted wheat bread with melted cheddar cheese and topped with vegetarian country gravy. Can be vegetarian.

    • Chow Mein

    Cabbage, carrots, scallions, bean sprouts with choice of chicken, shrimp or mushrooms, stir fried with hoisin sauce and udon noodles. Can be vegan.

    • Thai Coconut Noodle Bowl

    Coconut lime broth with cabbage, spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, and scallions. Choice of chicken, shrimp, tofu or mushrooms and choice of rice noodles or udon noodles. Contains fish sauce. Gluten free with rice noodles.

    • Fish Tacos

    Wild caught Alaskan cod marinated in our own chili powder and pan seared with onions, served on corn tortillas with salsa fresca, guacamole and sour cream. Gluten free.
